We use latest technology to build our software’s few are: Dot Net, ASP.Net, Java, VB, Microsoft Studio, PHP and many more. We use Oracle or SQL database (as per the customer requirements) Most of the above mentioned products have inbuilt and customization accounting (as per Country/State) system right from Bill to Balance Sheet. All the products can be integrated and can also be managed individually. With the above, we also provide some Management Information System Reports (MIS) which can be accessed through web portal sitting at any part of the globe so that important decision can be made any time. Implementation Plan and Methadology

“NEED ERP SOLUTIONS” training and implementation strategy is based on a defined engagement model which is proven over time. It provides detailed project information and facilitates a controlled development, implementation,
documentation and knowledge transfer environment during the lifecycle of the project.

We believe that having a clear methodology is beneficial to both the client and the implementation partner, ensuring that all parties are working in a co-ordinated manner with a common well defined goal.

NEED ERP SOLUTIONS’s Rapid Training and Implementation Methodology is a six step methodology, the key contents of each step are identified below:

Project Preparation

The project is officially started with a kick-off meeting. The kick-off meeting is attended by client’s core project team and I-Tech project Manager. This kick-off meeting sets the stage for the project by highlighting the importance of the
project to the overall business goals and the commitment to the project from the stake holders and management. During this phase, the project team is finalized and briefed as to the objectives and deliverables of the project. A high-level project plan is completed, and supported with high level plans for communication, change management (where required) and training. Standards for documentation (where appropriate) are defined and standard processes, such as issue resolutions are communicated.

Business Blueprint

In this stage we carry out a detailed business requirement study and prepare a functional requirements document which defines all the critical requirements of the business which need to be fulfilled by the ERP.

Customization, Configuration and Training

This is the longest phase of the project and extremely important for the success of the project. On the basis of SRS document we start template preparation for basic and customized functionalities. In parallel we also prepare
training manuals and provide it to core user team for study. In this phase, we customize the product as per organizational requirement, configure it and provide training to core users.

Users Acceptance Test

During this phase users will start working on solution on trial basis and will check all the critical functionalities by actually entering transactions in the system. Any further fine tuning of the application will be done basis the
feedback from the users. Once users are satisfied that the application is functioning as per their requirements,they will sign off the UAT. This is a crucial step which certifies the system as ready to go live.

Final Preparation

The primary purpose of the Final Preparation phase is to recheck the set ups masters, etc and prepare for the actual switch over. This involves plan of how the old system will be closed and the opening balances loaded on to system. In case it is a fresh implementation for a new company, there is no opening balance transfer required.

Go-Live

Immediately after going live, the system should be checked for correctness of live transactions getting posted.
Further fine tuning of set up is done if required to smoothen the transaction flow. Focus is on making users comfortable and productive on the new system as soon as possible. Close monitoring of the operations from both
